Articles
Set article to either be active or require validation.
Allow Rating of articles.
Allow Comments.
Set comments to either be active or require validation.
Edit any article, including the url.
Validate articles before seen by public.
Add Articles without knowing any HTML using the WYSIWYG Editor.
User Administration
Comes ready with 6 user groups.
Guest - for everybody that is not logged in.
Author - must have article approved.
Trusted Author - add articles without approval.
Moderator - extended access.
Admin - full access.
Banned - specially reserved for spammers.
Assign permission based on groups, or specific users.

We personally like this script and would highly recommend it, pretty simple to set up, basic knowledge is required.
